Here at ATL we are continuing to install and service intruder alarms, fire security systems and CCTV systems in a Covid-safe manner. To keep our clients and engineers safe, we’ve invested in additional hand sanitisers so that our teams always have one to hand, we’ve sourced effective snood face coverings and we’ve bought more PPE. We are meticulous in our planning and in executing our risk assessments and working methods, and we conduct regular ‘Toolbox talks’ with our engineers to ensure that we are fully complying with the Covid guidelines for contractors whenever we’re on site.

As well as adhering to our own very exacting Health & Safety standards we’re continuing to help our commercial clients keep their premises safe through a range of innovative temperature monitoring access control systems. These brilliant systems can be configured to meet the specific needs of the client and premises, depending on the layout, door setup and footfall. They are designed to control entry by anyone displaying a raised temperature and therefore allow staff, customers, visitors and suppliers to access premises and move around safely.
As well as using face recognition to enable contactless entry, the systems can also carry out a temperature check to regulate anyone entering the building. In addition, it can check whether the person is wearing a mask and deny entry if not. The range includes face recognition terminals, handheld thermal imagers, thermal standing poles, thermal security gates and integrated wrist temperature measurement systems, all of which can process up to 20 people each minute. And if you have higher footfall, the temperature measurement and screening system can process up to 100 visitors in 60 seconds.
